Overpopulation is one of the deadliest and worst things the Earth is trying to endure right now. Overpopulation is the reason we have Global Warming, why H1N1 has become a pandemic, why so many people are contracting STDs such as AIDS and HIV and many more. If we were to just endorse the usage of contraceptives and abstinence in third world countries all around the world, we would be helping the Earth last longer, and allow the non-renewable resources to actually begin to form again, like coal and gasoline, not to mention deforestation.
Overpopulation is occurring in many third world countries in Asia and Africa, which is creating problems for people all over the world. Reluctantly, some action is being taken, but unfortunately, it just isn't enough and further action should be taken. As well as action I can take as a 15 year old to raise awareness and endorse the reduction of the Earth's population.
